Yvette Kirchoff, Adjunct Professor of Law
Yvette received her Doctor of Jurisprudence (JD) Degree Cum Laude, Seton Hall Law School, Cum Laude in May, 1998. Her undergraduate degrees are from Vincennes University (AA, 5/82), Purdue University (BS 5/88 and AAS 5/86). Yvette currently practices in the areas of family law, real estate, tax incentives, business organizations and general litigation. Her state bar admissions include New Jersey (1998), Indiana (1999), Illinois (1999), and District of Columbia (2000) and Federal District Courts including the District of New Jersey (1998), Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana (1999), Northern District of Illinois (1999), District for the District of Columbia (2000) Central and Northern Districts of Illinois (2004) and the United States Supreme Court (2012). Yvette joined the firm of Kolb, Roellgen, and Kirchoff in January, 2000 as an associate and became a partner in January, 2003. Her bar association memberships include Indiana, Illinois, District of Columbia, American Bar Association and the Knox County Bar (Past President). Yvette is a Master Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation, the Knox County Fair Board Attorney, a member of the Vincennes University Paralegal Board and performs pro bono services through referrals from the Volunteer Lawyer Program of Southwestern Indiana, Inc. Yvette teaches Legal Environment of Business at Vincennes University.
