Remission of Fees 

Indiana Purple Heart
Purple Heart recipeints who entered active duty from a permanent home address in Indiana, received the Purple Heart Medal and received an honorable discharge, may qualify for a state tuition and fee remission.

Applications for Tuition and Fee Exceptions for Purple Heart Recipients should be submitted, along with a copy of your discharge paperwork, award certificate or orders for the Purple Heart Medal, to:

Children of Disabled Indiana Veterans
Children of disabled or deceased Indiana veterans may qualify for a state tuition and fee remission. The veteran must have served on active duty in the U.S. Armed Forces during a period of wartime, or performed duty equally hazardous that was recognized by the award of a service, campaign or expeditionary medal of the United States (the military discharge must reflect that medal).

Applications for Tuition and Fee Exceptions for children of disabled or deceased Indiana veterans should be submitted, along with a copy of the child's birth certificate or finalized adoption records, to:
